In a whirlwind few months with New Thinking Magazine, I was solely responsible for all video output - including videos created to accompany articles (interviews, explainers), podcast full cuts and social clips, and original videos for their YouTube and website.
I was made redundant with the rest of the team after just a few months, as it turned out that the man running the operation was something of a scam artist. Maybe there's a documentary-style longform video in that someday?
For now, here are some examples of the work I did.

This is an interview I conducted with the author of one article about the rise and potential fall of AI. It was made with the intention of summarising the article contents in a digestible and approachable, yet still informative way.

I pushed myself to get into motion graphics for this one after a long hiatus from it. This video accompanied interviewee Jennefer Witter's article about name bias. I wanted to keep it clean and clear, to not distract from what she was saying but instead enhance understanding through visuals.
